Life is about enjoying it, health is about choices. I believe we can find that balance where we can both enjoy our daily life and live a life free from disease and pain by choosing moderation. I don't plan on living a life of sacrifice; I'm not a monk, but I do plan on living a long life that doesn't leave me suffering from something I could have prevented by making a small sacrifice when I was younger. A fast is a good reminder of just how great we can feel!
I am debating exercise, but it is not lack of energy, but rather lack of motivation keeping me. I would much rather procrastinate on instagram.
I decided that this was a good moment to try to do a fast to reset my system, re-balance my PH, get rid of what ails me and maybe feel myself again.
I will give you the recipe for what I did this time, and then I will offer all sorts of alternative ingredients. Since this is a salad not a delicate cake, all ingredient measurements are an estimate. This version of the recipe makes 3-4 servings. Add more, add less, omit...you do you, inspired by me.
