I will continue this series to share what I am doing to put my journey back into gear. I have been idling enjoying the place where I arrived, but now it is time to push on, to challenge myself, to climb the next hill, to round the next curve because as good as this place is, I know the next will be even better.
Today, I want to focus on another joint: the knees. As an instructor, knees come second only to backs in terms of areas people have chronic or acute problems with. When it comes to the joints we want to build the muscles around the joints to make them bear the load, not the joints and we want to protect the joints from wear and tear.
